Africans In China

Parties, parties and more parties. The Sons and Daughters of the country of Rugamba Rutaganzwa, Runyonga and Samandari, Burundi bwa Nyaburunga at Shanghai China haven’t finished celebrating.
We gathered again this Saturday to celebrate again, I mean again, the graduation of new engineers: Mingli and Philbert.

The activities were as usual: beer, beer and more beer. Wine as well but most remarkable was the Burundi style food. I was going to say Ubugari …. but remembered that my mom told me it’s bad to say what u ate at home . She used to call it “Kurofoka”. So, I m not going to mention any of the dishes we enjoyed here but would like to thank Dora and other women who cooked for us. Dora, u are a great woman: Umurundikazi and we appreciate u very much.

Worth to mention also is the presence in our party of one of both Burundi and East African Community General Assemblies member: Manasse Nzobonimpa, who was in a private visit at Shanghai . We thank him again for attending our party and for the short rich speech he gave us.

Back to work tomorrow, hope it’s not going to be as stressful as last week.
